It's a chance for you to see the quality materials and disciplined approach to construction that forms the foundation of your new home. It's also on opportunity for you to enjoy the rare and thrilling experience of watching what was once just an idea, a dream, take shape and become your new home. Specifically, the process involves these steps:
Step one: Pre-construction meeting - Before construction begins, you, the homebuyer, are guided through the entire building process. Prior to the start of construction we have a meeting to confirm all of the details of your new home, verify the optional features you have selected and to answer any questions regarding the construction.
Step two: Quality Assurance Inspection - Before possession of your new home, Benchmark Homes conducts its own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards. Any needed repairs or tough-ups are make and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the pre-closing orientation.
Step three: Pre-closing orientation. When your home is finished, Benchmark Homes' service representative will take you on a room by room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home as well as explain our service procedures.
Step four: 30 Days, 6 month and 11 months requests for service.
Included in your manual will be requests for service, which were mentioned earlier. These requests are to be completed at each time period and faxed to our service department.
Your concerns will be addressed by our service department upon receipt of your request. We have a separate service department that is strictly for handling warranty and deficiency issues.
