Benchmark Homes builds lasting relationships with its customers. Beginning with your first visit to our sales center, through the construction phase and well beyond the move-in date, we're there for you every step of the way.
Our representatives will guide you through the entire home buying process. With their intimate knowledge of our communities, home models and financing, they can provide you with advice and guidance, as required, so you have enough information to make the right decision.
After your purchase of a new Benchmark Home, you will receive an outline of the construction process. A guide for the maintenance of your home and property, service products and warranty information, as well as emergency procedures and contact lists will be provided. In addition, we conduct a new home orientation session before you move in. We want to make the ome buying process as "stress free" as possible.
SERVICE REQUEST FORM
If there's something in you home that needs servicing, direct your request to the Service Department via fax or e-mail. It's that quick and easy.
You are reassured when you buy a Benchmark Home because each home is backed with a 10 year Warranty with Travelers Guarantee. Benchmark Homes is also registered with the Homeowner Protection Office and its service and warranty program meets or exceeds all mandated requirements.
